In order for Patients/Member to experience the Program you have setup, they first have to be enrolled into the Program. From time to time, you may need to/want to un-enroll Patients/Members from a Program. Please note that once a Patient/Member has been un-enrolled from a Program, they CAN NOT be re-enrolled into the same Program. We are evaluating this for future releases and happy to take your feedback if this is needed for you.
To un-enroll a Patient/Member from a Program, follow these steps. Steps 1-5 are ONLY required if you are not already in the Program, where you want to un-enroll the Patient/Member. If you are already viewing the Program record, where you want to un-enroll the Patient/Member, jump directly to Step 6.
- Login to your Videoreach account by going to www.videoreach.run.
- Once logged in, click on the Program menu item on the top right.
- Search for the Program record first to ensure you or any other users have not created the record already. You can search by the Program Name. You can also use the status filter to narrow your search.
- Click on the row with the Program record.
- You will be taken to the Program details page.
- Click on the Enrolled Patients tab.
- Scan the list of Patients/Members (if any) to find the Patient/Member you want to un-enroll. You can also search for the Patient/Member using their first name, last name.
- Hover over the Patient/Member row, and click on the three vertical dots to the right.
- Select Unenroll.
- A dialog box will appear confirming you want to un-enroll the Patient/Member.
- Select Yes if you want to un-enroll the Patient/Member. Again, once a Patient/Member is un-enrolled they can NOT be re-enrolled into the same Program.
- A confirmation message will appear in the bottom left.
- The Enrolled Patients list will get refreshed without the Patient/Member.
- That’s it!! 🙂 You have successfully un-enrolled the Patient(s)/Member(s) from this Program.
- The Patient/Member will no longer receive any further interactions (flows) from this Program.
