From time to time, you may have a need to change the actual label used for Visit Type(s). Do note that the Visit Type label can ONLY be changed if it has not been associated to ANY Visit Date/Time for a Patient record.
If not, then follow these steps to change the Visit Type label:
- Goto videoreach.com and login to your videoreach account.
- Click on Visit Type menu item upon the top right.
- Find the Visit Type label you want to edit
- Click on the vertical three dots on the right side of the row and select Edit.
- A dialog box with the current value of the Visit Type label will appear. You can change this by typing in new text in the box. Keep a few things in mind:
- The Visit Type you setup should be easy to understand by you and the others.
- It is recommended that you use the same Visit Type labels as your EHR or other legacy systems for less confusion.
- You are allowed a maximum of 100 characters.
- Remember that this is just a classification of the types of visits you will have with your Patients and/or Members, not the actual visit date/time. Think of this as configuration.
- Click on Save.
- You will receive a confirmation message in the bottom left.
- That’s it!! :) You have successfully edited the Visit Type label in your Videoreach account.
