Navigating the Program module

Programs in Videoreach allow you to orchestrate the interactions (aka Flows) with Patients/Members based on the Patient’s Visit Date/Time. Programs also allow you to group common interactions for a Patient/Member together so that they can be planned for each Patient/Member based on their upcoming schedule. Typically, you can create Programs out of set clinical protocols, care plans or your own Patient/Member engagement protocols.

The Program module is the one stop place to go to to see the important information about the Programs. Here is how you get to it.

  1. Login to your Videoreach account by going to www.videoreach.run.
  1. Once logged in, click on the Program menu item on the top right.
  1. Search for the Program record first. You can search by the Program Name. Use the status filters to narrow down your search.
  1. Click on the row with the Program record.
  1. You will land on the Program Details page.
  1. This page contains the following sections:
    1. The left section contains soem key details about the Program like the Name, how many Patients/Members are enrolled in the Program, which Visit Type the Program is associated to.
    1. The Summary tab shows the different engagement metrics for this Program.
    1. The Enrolled Patients tab shows the different Patients/Members who have been enrolled into this Program.
    1. The Scheduels tab shows the different Schedules that have been created for this Program.
    1. The Responses tab shows the different responses from the Patients/Members for this Program.
