From time to time, you may want to remove one or more Visit Type labels. Please note that the Visit Type label can ONLY be deleted if it has not been associated to ANY Visit Date/Time for a Patient record and/or it is not associated with a Program record.
If not, then follow these steps to delete the Visit Type label:
- Goto videoreach.com and login to your videoreach account.
- Click on Visit Type menu item upon the top right.
- Search and Find the Visit Type label you want to edit
- Click on the vertical three dots on the right side of the row and select Delete.
- A dialog box will appear confirming that you want to delete the Visit Type label.
- Click on the Delete button if you want to delete the label.
- Else, click on the Cancel button.
- That’s it!! :) You have successfully deleted the Visit Type label in your Videoreach account.
