Navigating the Patient module

The Patient module can be used to manage the different individuals (whether these are Patients OR Members) but whose health you want to help improve. The Patient module is the one stop place to go to to see the important information about the Patients/Members. Here is how you get to it.

1. Login to your Videoreach account by going to www.videoreach.run.

2. Once logged in, click on the Patient menu item on the top right.

3. Search for the Patient record first. You can search by First Name and/or Last Name.

4. Click on the row with the Patient record.

5. You will land on the Patient Details page.

6. This page contains the following sections:
   1. The left section contains the demographic information about the Patient/Member.

   2. The Summary tab shows the different engagement metrics for this Patient/Member.

   3. The Visits tab shows the different Visits the Patient/Member has whether upcoming or in past.

   4. The Programs tab shows the different Programs the Patient/Member has been enrolled in.

   5. The Responses tab shows the different responses from this Patient/Member.
