How to edit Program details?

Programs in Videoreach allow you to orchestrate the interactions (aka Flows) with Patients/Members based on the Patient’s Visit Date/Time. Programs also allow you to group common interactions for a Patient/Member together so that they can be planned for each Patient/Member based on their upcoming schedule. Typically, you can create Programs out of set clinical protocols, care plans or your own Patient/Member engagement protocols.

Only Programs that are NOT activated can be edited.

To edit the Program details, follow these steps:

  1. Login to your Videoreach account by going to www.videoreach.run.
  1. Once logged in, click on the Program menu item on the top right.
  1. Search for the Program record first to ensure you or any other users have not created the record already. You can search by the Program Name. You can also use the status filter to narrow your search.
  1. Click on the row with the Program record.
  1. You will be taken to the Program details page.
  1. Click on the Edit Details button to edit Program properties.
  1. Once done, click on the Save button.
  1. You will receive a confirmation message in the bottom left.
  1. That’s it! :) You have successfully edited a Program record in Videreach.
