How to delete a Patient record

The Patient module can be used to manage the different individuals (whether these are Patients OR Members) but whose health you want to help improve. From time to time, you may need to delete a Patient record. Please note that you will NOT be able to delete a Patient record if the Patient/Member is enrolled in a Program. Follow these steps to delete a Patient record:

  1. Login to your Videoreach account by going to www.videoreach.run.
  1. Once logged in, click on the Patient menu item on the top right.
  1. Search for the Patient record first to ensure you or any other users have not created the record already. You can search by First Name and/or Last Name.
  1. Highlight the row with the Patient record.
  1. Click on the vertical 3 dots on the right of the Patient row.
  1. Select Delete from the dropdown menu.
  1. You will get a dialog box confirming that you want to delete the Patient record.
  1. Click on the Delete button if you want to do so.
  1. Else click on Cancel.
  1. You will receive a confirmation message in the bottom left.
  1. That’s it! :) You have successfully deleted a Patient record in Videreach.
