Different Flow statuses

1 min read

The Flow module in Videoreach is what is used in Videoreach to simulate an interaction with your Patients/Members. A Flow in Videoreach can have ONLY one of the following statuses at one time:

  1. Draft Status: This is for a new Flow that is created. If a flow has this status:
    1. Changes can be made to the Flow name, tags and language
    1. Steps can be edited for this Flow
    1. Steps can be deleted in this flow
    1. Steps can be added to this Flow
    1. A Flow in Draft status can also be deleted.
  1. Activated Status: Once all changes are completed for a Flow, a Flow is activated. ONLY Flows in activated status show up under Program schedules and can be added to Program schedules.
  1. Archive Status: Once an activated flow is no longer used, it can be archived. Archived flows are not considered active. Once archived, a flow can NOT go back to being active.
