The Patient module can be used to manage the different individuals (whether these are Patients OR Members) but whose health you want to help improve. From time to time, you may need to edit certain properties for a Patient, such as their Preferred Channel. Follow these steps to edit a Patient record:
- Login to your Videoreach account by going to www.videoreach.run.
- Once logged in, click on the Patient menu item on the top right.
- Search for the Patient record first to ensure you or any other users have not created the record already. You can search by First Name and/or Last Name.
- Click on the row with the Patient record.
- You will be taken to the Patient details page.
- Click on the Edit Details button to edit Patient properties.
- Once done, click on the Save button.
- You will receive a confirmation message in the bottom left.
- That’s it! :) You have successfully edited a Patient record in Videreach.
