How to delete a Flow

The Flow module in Videoreach is what is used in Videoreach to simulate an interaction with your Patients/Members. Be sure to read the article about different flow statuses.

Please note that ONLY Flows that are in Draft status can be deleted.

Here is how you delete a Flow:

1. Login to your Videoreach account by going to videoreach.run and clicking on login.

2. Once inside Videoreach, click on the Flow menubar item on the top right.

3. Scan through the list of Flows or search for a flow name to ensure you haven’t created the flow before.

4. Hover over the Flow you want to edit, and click on the 3 vertical dots by the Flow row.

5. Select Delete Flow to delete this flow.

6. A confirmation dialog box appears asking you to confirm the deletion.

7. Click on the Yes button to delete the flow. Or, hit Cancel.

8. If you hit Yes, then a confirmation message appears in the bottom left.

9. That’s it!! :) You just successfully deleted a flow.
