How to edit a Flow

The Flow module in Videoreach is what is used in Videoreach to simulate an interaction with your Patients/Members. Be sure to read the article about different flow statuses.

Please note that ONLY Flows that are in Draft status can be edited..

Here is how you edit a Flow:

1. Login to your Videoreach account by going to videoreach.run and clicking on login.

2. Once inside Videoreach, click on the Flow menubar item on the top right.

3. Scan through the list of Flows or search for a flow name to ensure you haven’t created the flow before.

4. Hover over the Flow you want to edit, and click on the 3 vertical dots by the Flow row.

5. Select Edit Flow to change the name, tags and language of the Flow.
   1. Make the necessary edits to the Name, Tags and Language.

   2. Click on Save & Continue to Add Steps. Follow steps

   3. Or, if you just wanted to change the name, tags and language, then just click on Done, I’ll add steps later.

6. Or, select Edit Flow Steps to edit the Flow steps OR add new steps.

7. If you want to change the video of an existing step, click on the pencil icon and select a new video from the library.

8. If you want to change the text and/or responses of an existing step, click on the pencil icon to add edit question and responses with new options or just to change the text.

9. You can also add new steps by clicking on the Add Step text.

10. Repeat #7-9 for each of the steps you want to add/edit.

11. Click on Save and Exit.

12. That’s it!! :) You just successfully edited a flow.
