How to archive a Flow?

The Flow module in Videoreach is what is used in Videoreach to simulate an interaction with your Patients/Members. Be sure to read the article about different flow statuses. REMEMBER Flows that are archived, can NOT be un-archived.

Please note that ONLY Flows that are in the following status can be archived:

  • Draft Status
  • Activated status, but not associated with a Program Schedule

Here is how you arhive a Flow:

  1. Login to your Videoreach account by going to videoreach.run and clicking on login.
  1. Once inside Videoreach, click on the Flow menubar item on the top right.
  1. Scan through the list of Flows or search for a flow name to ensure you haven’t created the flow before.
  1. Hover over the Flow you want to edit, and click on the 3 vertical dots by the Flow row.
  1. Select Archive Flow to archive the Flow.
  1. You will get a confirmation dialog box confirming you want to archive this flow.
  1. If you still wish to proceed, then click on Yes.
  1. A success message will appear in the bottom left.
  1. That’s it!! :) You just successfully archived a flow.
