What are response types and what does Videoreach support?

1 min read

When creating a step for the flow, you have the following choices:

  1. Information only
  1. Get a response

  • The Information only step just plays the Video you have associated with the Step and the Patient/Member does not have any other interaction in that step.
  • The Get a response step should be used when you want to solicit a response from the Patient/Member or you want to gain additional insights from the Patient/Member, such as: while doing surveys/screenings or checking on the Patient/Member during Follow Ups. There are two types of responses you can get from the Patient/Member:
    • Single Select: These are radio buttons used when you want the Patient/Member to select ONLY one response. Given how the responses show up on the Patient/Member’s phone, it is recommended that you keep the number of response options to less then 6. The # of characters should be less then 50.
    • Multiple Select: These are checkboxes used when the Patient/Member can select 1 or more responses. Given how the responses show up on the Patient/Member’s phone, it is recommended that you keep the number of response options to less then 6. The # of characters should be less then 50.

We are planning to add various response types in future releases of Videoreach like Text, Audio and Video, so stay tuned 🙂
