With our first release, you can currently ONLY record videos using your mobile phone (IOS OR Android) and upload it to the Videoreach web app.
First step, you have to download the Videoreach mobile app using the following steps:
- If you are an Iphone user, please either search for the Videoreach app on the App Store OR you can directly go here.
- If you are an Android user, please either search for the Videoreach app on the Google Play Store OR you can directly go here.
- Download the App.
Second step is to login and use the phone’s native videorecording capabilities to record the videos:
- Open the Videoreach App from your phone.
- Login to the Videoreach instance using your regular credentials.
- Once logged in, you will see ALL the videos that have been uploaded to your Videoreach App.
- If you want to upload a new video, you can:
- Either upload a recorded video by selecting one of the videos from your phone’s storage. Note: The file size for the video should be less then 25 MB, that is typically a 2 min video with 540 Mpx resolution.
- Or, you can record a new video using the phone’s camera
- Once you select a video OR you record a new video, you will be asked to fill in the following fields:
- Name of the Video
- Any description you want to give to it
- Any tags you want to give it. Note: For multiple tags, just type in the tag label and press enter, and follow this for other tags.
- The language of the video
- Then press Save
- The app will show you the real-time status of the upload and will inform you when the video has been uploaded via a message on the top.
- You can refresh the video list to see your video in there.
- You can also login to Videoreach.run and find your video by following these steps in the flow builder.
- That’s it! You have successfully uploaded a video that can be used in your flows. 🙂
