Programs in Videoreach allow you to orchestrate the interactions (aka Flows) with Patients/Members based on the Patient’s Visit Date/Time. Programs also allow you to group common interactions for a Patient/Member together so that they can be planned for each Patient/Member based on their upcoming schedule. Typically, you can create Programs out of set clinical protocols, care plans or your own Patient/Member engagement protocols.
Programs require the following to be setup before getting started:
- An understanding of what types of interactions and when you want your Patients/Members to experience these interactions.
- A Visit Type. Refer to this article.
- The interactions or Flows you want to simulate for your Patient. Refer to this article.
Please note that in this first release of Videoreach, a Program that is setup can NOT be deleted. To setup a Program, follow these steps:
- Login to your Videoreach account by going to www.videoreach.run.
- Once logged in, click on the Program menu item on the top right.
- Search for the Program record first to ensure you or any other users have not created the record already. You can search by Program Name. You can also use the status filters to narrow down your search.
- If the Program record is not found, click on the Add Program button.
- This is where you fill in the details about the Program, such as:
- The Program Name. It is recommended to keep the Program Name as unique and self explanatory as you can.
- A Description about the Program.
- Target number of Patients/Members you want to enroll into the Program. This is your goal, and we help you track your enrollment %.
- Language. Used for Programs that can serve Patients/Members with different language needs. You can have two copies of the same Program but in different languages. See here.
- Visit Type. This is the reference to which Patient/Member date the Program will use on the Patient/Member record to schedule the flows. A Visit Type indicates what datetime value Videoreach should look for in the enrolled Patient/Member record to schedule. More on this in the How to enroll Patients/Members article.
- Click on Add.
- The above action will create a new Program in Videoreach, and will take you to the Program details page. Here you will see the Program details you entered and also receive additional insights about your Patients/Members as you enroll them in the Program.
- That’s it! 🙂 You have successfully created a new Program in Videoreach.
If you want to activate the above Program, you will have to follow these steps:
- Add one or more schedules to the Program, by following these steps.
- Once you feel that the Program has been setup correctly IE: you have added the right schedule and flows, then you can activate the Program by flipping the Status toggle to the right. The status toggle will be round in Program details on the left hand side.
- Once a Program is activated and messages have been sent to one or more Patients/Members, then you won’t be able to de-activate a Program.
