How to add a Visit for a Patient

The Patient module can be used to manage the different individuals (whether these are Patients OR Members) but whose health you want to help improve. From time to time, you may need to delete a Patient record. Please note that you will NOT be able to delete a Patient record if the Patient/Member is enrolled in a Program. Follow these steps to delete a Patient record:

  1. Login to your Videoreach account by going to www.videoreach.run.
  1. Once logged in, click on the Patient menu item on the top right.
  1. Search for the Patient record first to ensure you or any other users have not created the record already. You can search by First Name and/or Last Name.
  1. Click on the row with the Patient record.
  1. Click on the Visit tab
  1. Scan the Visit list and ensure the visit you want to create doesn’t exist there.
  1. If not, click on Add Visit button
  1. Select the Visit Type from the drop down.
  1. Add the Visit Date from the calendar picker.
  1. Add the Visit Time by moving the clock hands and selecting am or pm.
  1. You can add multiple visit date/time values for the same Visit Type by clicking on + add another visit multiple visits text and repeat steps 9 and 10.
  1. Once finished, click on Add button.
  1. A confirmation message will appear on the bottom left.
  1. That’s it! :) You have successfully added new visits to the Patient record in Videoreach.
