Vidoeach is currently a web based plaform that allows you to build asynchronous interactions with your Patients/Members. It works in the following way:
- You record a series of videos simulating an interaction using your phone
- Use the Videoreach mobile app and web platform to build an interaction
- Schedule this interaction based on different Patient/Member dates
- Patient/Member receives a text message at the right time
- Patient/Member clicks on the link in the text message to engage in the interaction
- You see if they engaged and learn insights about them
- Patient feels connected with you 🙂
